Spears Mechanical Systems and Rittling delivered 25 custom vertical fan coils whose custom features included: customized width to match the wall to wall dimensions to fill the entire void between the walls giving a nice finished appearance, hot and chilled water piping packages, as well as mounting the control valve actuators which were supplied by the temperature control contactor which saved time and reduced the overall construction schedule.
